Fire Safety (Boyerz Tips)

Some others aren't being careful with their belongings. And ends up losing their homes. As for this new year 2014. Let's all make a change and not to lose your homes and not to hear EVERY single news on TV about your homes on fire.

I'm sure you will love this tip for sure. For i am very strict at home. I dislike heat appliances left on for such a long time. What make houses burn because of these reasons.

  • Unattended Iron (Plantsa in Philippines)
  • Unattended Rice Cooker
  • Unattended Kettle (When all water vapor out)
  • Unattended Electric Water Heater
  • Unattended Heater (For Cold Countries, even this country is hot)
  • Unattended Electric Stove
  • Unattended Overcharging Cheap Brand Cellphone Chargers (It's not programmed like branded. Can cause fire)
  • Overheated Products can explode and create fires
  • Overloaded circuits can be Dangerous, Use AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) for predicting Overloaded products not to damage and create fire.
  • Unattended LiPo Batteries Overcharged and Overheated (Happens in West Countries) - Very Dangerous!
For non-electricity ones

  • Unattended Candles
  • Candles without protection when its all melted
  • Playing with Flammable Things (e.g Matches, Lighters)
  • LPG Leaking with Mosquito Killer that uses fire. Can trigger fire and blow up Gas Tank
  • Unattended Cigarettes without Ash Tray
  • Experimenting Chemicals indoors that catches fire
Electric Components are more risky than without electric way of catching fire. I know most of them keep you tired and lazy that wants you not to watch it but here's some solution and you can make your own solution too as well! but if you want mine then here's my Top Concern List for Safety.
  • Rice Cooker - If the rice cooker switch to Warm. then unplug it for 10 mins. But if your Rice Cooker switch wont go to Warm that it's been Cook for a long time. Check the rice if no more water left then switch it yourself to Warm and if it was overcooked by accident then just unplug it. It'll warm itself than the warm function on your Rice Cooker
  • Iron - If you have Iron Board. Always put the iron on the iron holder on the iron board.Without Iron Board. NEVER put it on Carpets, Blankets. It's fine to stand it up on Tiles only since ours have a butt that could stand like a Beer Bottle. In some houses in the Philippines they have rubber type of floor to cover the cemented floor. Don't do that.
  • Electric Water Heater - Always check on time for every 5 mins in case it's hot
  • Electric Stove - If cooking Rice. Always put 30 mins on the countdown timer. If water. Use Whistle type of Kettle in order for you to turn off the stove and always leave it cool before closing the top glass cover (like mine)
  • LPG Leaking - Turn off always the gas tank knot so no flow of cold gases will spread in your kitchen in case someone lights up their lighter. Goodbye house!
  • Kettle - Buy whistle Kettle even a cheap kind as long the whistle function works! that will encourage you not to make the water vapor inside the kettle.
Hoping everything will go well for all of you. It is up to you to keep my tips.
I am a very concerned Cebuano. I know it hurts to see houses burn and it comes a Calamity in your end. Some of my friends have it too. Makes me sad too even i donate my schoolmate money to their family and you'll be able to save lives today. Viva Pit Senyor! and Godspeed :D
